Barbie (Wagner)

Owner / Staging Specialist

I was 6 years of age when my creative mind started flowing. Aside from organizing and staging my toys, I remember a time when my mother came home from work and went to the pantry to prepare dinner. To her surprise, she was unable to find what she was looking for because I had removed the labels off the cans so that everything looked uniform and organized.  Having torn or different labels on the cans looked messy and disorganized to me.  I wanted to give the pantry a “nice clean look”.  Unfortunately for my Mother, it didn’t stop there. There were days when she would come home to find the furniture rearranged and staged in different configurations. “SURPRISE!!!...Do you like it?”  was a typical event for my sweet and supporting Mom.

I was born and raised in Canada and have lived in Texas since 2007.  I’ve been blessed with a wonderful marriage of 28 years and two wonderful sons.  While living in Canada, I worked in the HR field in the mutual fund industry in and around the Toronto area for approximately 10 years.  Once our boys were born, I stayed home and dabbled in a few different fields.    I was a self-motivational coach for children (Coach Barb) and operated an advertising business with my husband in the golf industry before moving to Texas.   Once we moved to Texas, I published a fun book named; “Longhorn Lingo – What Every Longhorns Fan Needs To Know”.  It was a fun book about the lingo associated with the game of football.

I have always had a yearning within myself to be neat and organized.  Now that my family is settled in the south and our boys are no longer consuming my time with sports, I am now able to follow my passion and dream by doing what God has planted in my heart, and that is to be the best Home Stager that I can be. I love life and I love people. I have a passionate desire to help people reach their goals.  Whether it be to stage and organize their current home or to stage an empty (vacant) home, my passion, my desire, my business is to make a difference.

Kent (Wagner)

Owner / Real Estate Agent / Vacant Home Staging Manager

I have come to the Home Staging and Real Estate industry with diverse experience, which is a great attribute to my staging/real estate business. My previous background saw me spend 20 years as a police officer in Canada which helps me to communicate and build solid relationships with all types of people. Following policing, I spent another 19 years in the Oil and Gas industry, 13 of which were spent as a Project Manager, managing and running multi-million-dollar subsea projects.

My wife Barbie and I have a strong passion for Simple Solutions Home Staging and we love how our business impacts the lives of others when trying to buy or sell a home. We have seen first hand how homes will sell faster and for more money for our clients than others.

On a personal note, Barbie and I have been married for 28 years and have 2 wonderful boys aged 25 and 23 years old.  We relocated to Houston 13.5 years ago from Canada and we love the city and what it has to offer.

HOBBIES: I previously played professional baseball in the Montreal Expos organization and I have a passion for all sports including hockey, football, baseball, skiing and golf.

Because of my diverse experience, my work ethic has always been very structured, organized, and detail oriented. I feel that communication is one of my strongest assets and I have a very strong passion for real estate, interior design (staging), and most importantly making sure that my clients' needs come first!  I would love the opportunity to assist you in any way, whether it be buying, selling, leasing or staging your home. My door is always open so call me anytime!

I also offer FREE Home Staging (vacant or occupied) to all of my clients who give me the opportunity to sell their home.

Nahome (Wagner)

Home Staging Specialist

I was born and raised in Mexico, and I am fluent in Spanish and English. Although I have lived in several states, I have made Texas my home for the past 10 plus years.  After graduating from high school, I began working in the restaurant industry to put myself through college. The restaurant jobs helped me acquire great communication skills, working well under pressure, being able to multitask, and having great customer service. I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.

I just recently got married and I love spending time with my husband and/or family.  My hobbies include interior design, fitness, cooking, and reading.

My passion for home staging and design came shortly after my husband and I bought our first home. Having the freedom to design it as we wish lit up my creative abilities, giving me the desire to pursue my passion. I love having the opportunity to help others during the stressful moments of selling their house by providing “Simple Solutions” that will help guide them in the best possible direction for selling their home.

Craig (Bryon)

Professional Photographer

After spending almost two decades in sales, it was in 2009 that Craig began his photography career where he quickly discovered his passion for commercial and entertainment photography.  Since then, Craig has worked with many big name clients in the entertainment industry such as; Tim Willimas (The Trivago Guy), rock band 311, the Pixies, Sammy Hagar, The Impractical Jokers, The Piano Guys, Net Jets, Les Inrockuptibles Magazine, Live Nation, and many more.

While Craig is still very active in the commercial and entertainment industry, he found his second passion shooting architectural photography.

Craig has been quoted saying, "There's something to be said about walking into a well designed home or building and seeing the beautiful work a design/staging team or builder has created.  In an instant, it can change a person's entire mood in the same way viewing a breathtaking scene in the outdoors can."

"With my architectural work, I strive to create artistic images that express the visual intent of the designer.  Using the right compositions to convey how a room or structure actually looks in person, in-turn provides the viewer with a feeling of being in the real space itself."
